The Science of Deduction

What better way to learn about Sherlock Holmes than to read his own words! BBC has created Sherlock's webpage The Science of Deduction. Here you can read about past cases, solve cryptic messages left by a mysterious anonymous poster, and even see who's been writing to him for help!
It's a great way to immerse oneself into Sherlock's universe.

It's hard for readers to envision the Sherlock Holmes stories without his faithful companion John Watson. To quote the famous detective in A Scandal in Bohemia, "I am lost without my Boswell." Even though Holmes seems very cold to most individuals, it's obvious to see he cares about his best friend. 

One of my favorite Watson moments is in the BBC series when Sherlock asks Watson to punch him in the face, to which Watson replies that he always hears "punch me in the face" when Sherlock talks, but it's usually subtext. It shows their teasing nature and how they get along so well.
